We completed the tenant improvement for Yolks Tsawwassen, including demolition of the existing coffee shop to make way for the new space. The project involved installation of new plumbing and electrical systems, along with new rooftop units and a kitchen exhaust system to support operations. The scope also included finishing works and millwork supply to achieve the desired interior layout and design. Work had been coordinated to ensure efficient delivery and quality execution.
