Design To Build Process

Building Design


  • Find out what the client wants.
  • Sourcing a location that suits their needs.
  • Determining what is needed on the property or what can be done on the property.
  • Building size/shape. Correlation of building onsite, etc.



  • Coordination of the design process.
  • Providing preliminary budget pricing based on the determined concept.

Permit Procurement


  • Preparing and applying for the required permits to proceed with work.
  • Finalizing a construction cost.
  • Sourcing and finalizing the team of professional contractors that will work with RAM to complete the physical work onsite.



  • Physical work is completed onsite.
  • Keeping projects on track.
  • Meeting or exceeding timelines.
  • Daily reports, safety, production, scheduling, and changes.

Owner Occupency

Owner Occupancy & Post Construction

  • Completion of all required sign-offs and paperwork.
  • Operation and maintenance manuals.
  • Education on how building systems work.
  • Warranty period and follow up before 1-year warranty period expires.
