Two side by side individual commercial units consolidated into one larger cannabis store for Eden Empire Cannabis.
Interior scope includes but not limited to:
Architectural millwork, new interior and exterior doors/hardware, new steel stud / drywall wall layout, repair building envelope issues, polished concrete flooring, new paint, new electrical/lighting, new washroom accessories & flooring, custom mural by local artist, new faux cinderblock wall covering, merchandising display, new washroom fixtures, new security and sound system,
Exterior scope includes but not limited to:
Exterior paint to front face of the building, stucco repair, broken front tiles repaired, new canopy glass panels, new storefront door, sealing of damaged tile and previous seals, exterior EDEN sign
