RAM Construction Inc was chosen as the general contractor for the restoration and rehabilitation of the building due to our ability to upgrade the facility without compromising the heritage and gothic revival style aspects that that church wanted to maintain.

RAM was able to change the original design intent which was to demolish most of the existing sanctuary and changed the plan to a full renovation and restoration so that the building could be saved.

Exterior repairs included restoring the exterior siding, stained glass windows and dormers while also making structural improvements to the bell tower.Additional exterior items included a new roof, repainting, gutter replacements, and new outdoor lighting. A statement entrance was created which features two pillars that lead into the main hall of the church, while the back doors lead to a large patio and community garden. The sanctuary ceiling and the wood floors were completely restored  and other upgrades include a community kitchen, new offices and several multi purpose rooms which also serve as an extreme weather shelter
