With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Tanya has successfully managed residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across British Columbia and Alberta. Her background spans project accounting, project management, and full-cycle construction oversight—from design development through to completion.

Tanya’s portfolio includes mixed-use residential condominiums (both low- and high-rise), commercial developments, industrial facilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects. She brings a deep understanding of every project phase, having led design teams, managed budgets and proformas, and overseen monthly financial draws.

Her expertise extends to construction law, risk assessment, change management, and conflict resolution—skills that enable her to anticipate challenges and keep projects on track. Tanya also possesses a strong command of the BC Building Code (2018/2024), accessibility standards, the Energy Step Code, and permitting processes across multiple municipalities.
