Sean has been a cornerstone of RAM Construction since 1999, contributing nearly 25 years of expertise to the company’s success.

As Senior Estimator and leader of the Estimating Department, Sean oversees the development of precise budgets and detailed estimates for a wide range of projects. His leadership ensures that the team consistently delivers accurate and efficient preconstruction services, laying the foundation for project success.

Specializing in managing various types of projects, Sean collaborates closely with project managers and coordinators to provide insights that optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. His ability to foresee challenges, implement solutions, and identify value engineering opportunities ensures that every project is delivered with RAM’s hallmark quality and reliability.

Outside of work, Sean is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing in the rugged landscapes of British Columbia.

His passion for both precision and adventure reflects the same balance of dedication and enthusiasm that drives his professional and personal life.
