Mike Maurice

Business Development

Mike is the Business Development Manager for Special Projects at RAM, leading efforts to expand the company’s client base and diversify project opportunities. He brings with him several longstanding clients and a strong network that supports RAM’s continued growth.

With over 40 years in the construction industry, Mike has owned multiple companies and worked on projects across Canada and the United States. His expertise is rooted in tenant improvements, including institutional, grocery, pharmacy, retail, and office spaces. Much of his work has been design-build, collaborating closely with clients and design teams to deliver efficient, well-coordinated projects.

Strong, long-term client relationships have been central to Mike’s career success. He looks forward to building new partnerships and working closely with the team at RAM to support the Special Projects division.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys a full family life with his wife, Shirley. They have two grown daughters and three grandchildren, and are known for hosting lively family gatherings. Mike credits much of his professional success to the support of a happy marriage and close-knit family.
