Debbie brings a well-rounded blend of financial, operational, and project management experience to her role at RAM. She began her career in finance and office administration, developing a strong foundation in organizational management, budgeting, and client service. After stepping away from the workforce to raise her children, she continued to stay actively engaged in her community through her volunteer leadership within a non-profit co-operative housing organization.

During her time with the co-operative, Debbie served as Maintenance Chair, where she led several capital projects—from planning and coordinating trades to overseeing scope, schedules, and budgets. This hands-on involvement with construction and facilities work sparked a new professional passion and ultimately inspired her to pursue formal training in the Project Management and Construction Operations program at BCIT.

For the past eight years, Debbie has built her career with a general contractor, managing a wide range of tenant improvement projects. Her portfolio includes specialized work in grocery, pharmacy, medical, and office environments—projects that demand efficiency, attention to detail, and strong communication among diverse stakeholders. She is known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to guide projects smoothly from concept to completion.

Now part of the RAM team, Debbie brings her depth of industry knowledge, collaborative mindset, and commitment to quality to every project she supports. She is excited to continue contributing to meaningful builds and strengthening relationships across the construction community.
