Preconstruction Manager

Al has been an integral part of RAM Construction for nearly 36 years, contributing a wealth of experience and deep-rooted expertise to the company. He began his journey as a Construction Manager, playing a pivotal role in RAM’s growth and success. After a brief three-year retirement, Al’s passion for construction brought him back to RAM, where he now serves as Preconstruction Manager.

In this role, Al leverages his extensive knowledge to guide projects through the preconstruction phase. He oversees seamless coordination between clients, architects, and the estimating team, evaluates design plans for feasibility, and identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Beyond his technical expertise, Al serves as a mentor to team members across various departments. His guidance and support help foster professional growth and enhance collaboration, ensuring that his vast knowledge and experience are shared with the next generation of leaders at RAM.

Al’s involvement ensures that every project is set up for success by addressing potential challenges early and fostering strong collaboration among stakeholders.

Outside of work, Al is an outdoor enthusiast who thrives on adventure. He enjoys snow wheeling, snowmobiling, ATV riding, and 4-wheel driving, always seeking the next thrilling experience. His drive for exploration and love for challenges mirrors the dedication and energy he brings to his role at RAM.
