Project Overview
Description
Projects for the Centre include an addition to the existing space for the Child Development Centre. Additional work throughout the years for Sophie’s Place and renovation of the Preschool and lobby.
Scope of work included hazardous material removal, expansion of Board Room, new framing, ducting, and plumbing throughout, flooring replacement and new painting.
Most recent project consists of leveling the gym floor and installing new flooring to the space along with an Tenant Improvement to an office space.
Majority of work has been done during summer breaks, if work is during school hours extra precautions are taken so that construction does not interfere with the staff or children.
