Description
This 48,000 sq. ft cross-dock facility was built within Wesgroup’s PacificLink Business Park, situated on a 15-acre site. Featuring multiple service connections, extensive truck & dolly parking aprons, as well as a living green roof above the office. Site conditions for this project resulted in the requirement for a piled construction system. Completed within an aggressive 9-month schedule.
