This 31,000 sq. ft. two-storey commercial lease space, including a caretaker suite on the third floor with an elevator. The 24,000 sq building boasts high-end exterior finishes. Construction consisted of concrete tilt-up and structural steel. Several Tenant Improvements were completed shortly after completion.
