Pre-construction
- Coordination of the design process.
- Providing preliminary budget pricing based on the determined concept.
Procurement
- Preparing and applying for the required permits to proceed with work.
- Finalizing a construction cost.
- Sourcing and finalizing the team of professional contractors that will work with RAM to complete the physical work onsite.
Construction
- Physical work is completed onsite.
- Keeping projects on track.
- Meeting or exceeding timelines.
- Daily reports, safety, production, scheduling, and changes.
Owner Occupancy & Post Construction
- Completion of all required sign-offs and paperwork.
- Operation and maintenance manuals.
- Education on how building systems work.
- Warranty period and follow up before 1-year warranty period expires.
