Description
Interior renovation of an existing facility that consisted of painting and replacement of floors in the Shop and Breezeway along with total renovation of the Showroom, Parts, Service and Offices on the Main Floor. 2nd floor office, lunchroom and boardroom renovations were added to the Contract. All of the construction was phased so that the dealership would remain operational during renovations.
