New Development for Oballa Realty – Building B.
Project consisted of the construction of a 14,000 square foot warehouse to accommodate future tenancies. Construction of this Commercial Retail unit was a challenge with the tight site area as well as the close proximity to the Building A and the need to not hinder the existing operation of the tenants. An extensive Erosion and Sediment Control plan was followed to meet the requirments of The Township of Langley
