Ram completed the renovations to the Jim Pattison Lease facility in February 2010. This project included the conversion of the existing service shop facility into a showroom and sales area as well as the complete renovation and expansion of the exiting office areas.
Ram was approached to complete a preliminary project budget based on conceptual design and discussions requested by the owner. Prior to starting the onsite construction, the project was tendered to the various subtrades and once the final costs were reviewed, it was determined that the actual project cost was approximately 4% less than the anticipated budget.
The renovation work included in the project was divided into 3 phases while the existing facility remained in full operation with minimal disturbance to the day-to-day operation. The initial construction schedule had a completion date of April 2010 however, Ram was able to exceed expectation and completed the project by the end of February 2010.
